1. Deep Breathing

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill with air. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat this process several times, focusing on the sensation of your breath filling your body.

2. 4-7-8 Breathing Technique

This technique is great for reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation. Start by placing the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth right behind your front teeth. Breathe in quietly through your nose for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 7, and then exhale forcefully through your mouth for a count of 8. Repeat this cycle at least three more times.

3. Box Breathing

Box breathing is a simple technique used by many to regain focus and reduce stress. Sit up straight and exhale all the air from your lungs. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 4, exhale completely for a count of 4, and then hold your breath for a count of 4. Repeat this cycle for a few minutes.

This breathing exercise is known for its calming and balancing effects. Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Place your right thumb over your right nostril and inhale deeply through your left nostril. Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale. Inhale through the right nostril, close it with your thumb, release the left nostril, and exhale. Repeat this cycle for a few minutes.
